1. Printer cannot be switched on.

Solution:

(1) If Thermal KIOSK Receipt Printer cannot power on, the power indicator is not lighe, please check whether the power adapter connnection is successful or not.

(2) The PCB board fuse or CPU have been burned, please cut off the power immediately.

2. POS Printer China do not cut the paper.

(1) If printer do not cut when print self-test receipt, the cutter might be broken. Please also print the self-test receipt to check whether the cutter function is open or not.

(2) If printer print according to the driver and do not cut, but printer cut when print self-test receipt, please check whether the cutter function is open or not. Or users have not sent the cut command to the printer

3. Portable Printer China can not cut paper completely.

(1) The cutter might be damaged or out of position.

(2) If cutter can not cut the one side of the paper, the cut blade might be uneven or broken. Long time use of printer will also cause cutter problem, which need to be returned to factory for repair.

4. Receipt Printer China print blank content or light color content, or content mistake. Or there are some long string on the receipt printer printed.

(1) Please check whether the paper side is right or not.

(2) The heat plate might be damaged. Swith off the printer, then dip the cotton swab in alcohol to clean the heat plate. Users can also srtip the cable afresh. For dot-matrix printer, the ribbon might lack ink or print head damaged will also cause this problem.
